Wendy Chen, DMD, PhD
Dr. Wendy Chen has 20 years of clinical practice, research, and teaching experience. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree and completed an orthodontic specialty residency program at the State University of New York. Dr. Chen is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and maintains memberships with such professional organizations as the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, the Southwestern Society of Orthodontists, and the Irving Dental Study Club. To give back to the community, she donates her services at Mission Arlington. During her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and swimming. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter who is a dermatology resident.

Sara – RDA/Office Manager – Financial Coordinator
Sara has been with our practice since 2011, after graduating dental assisting school in 2010. She oversees all financial and insurance matters for our patients, including setting up flexible payment plans and checking and filing insurance claims. She loves meeting and building relationships with new and current patients and their families.In her own family, Sara has three children and five grandchildren. She enjoys bowling, fishing, and 4-wheeling.
Beth – Treatment Coordinator
Beth attended William Jewell College in Missouri and has been in the orthodontic field for over 25 years. She firmly believes that smiles really do change lives and loves seeing an individual become more confident from experiencing a positive transformation.Beth likes spending time with friends and family, which includes a small one here (with a dog) and a large one in Missouri. She also enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, a good workout, dogs, lakes, golf, being outdoors, and music.
Kayla – RDA
Kayla recently graduated dental school in 2015 as the salutatorian and appearing on the dean’s list. She loves working and building relationships with our patients and seeing their smiles transform.Kayla and her husband, Chris, have a 5-year-old daughter, Emma, who loves cats. They also have a cat named Kitty and a dog named Buddy. She enjoys crafting, couponing, eating tacos, cheering on the Texas Rangers, and watching The Walking Dead.
Rebeca – RDA
Rebeca has been with our practice for over 10 years. She loves working and learning with our team every day and is great at encouraging those she meets to come and see us. Rebeca loves running, going to the gym, and making jewelry, and she has a daughter named Jadlyn.
